I once sold windows for Pella windows of CNY.  They are Direct Buys distributor for Factory Direct Pella Windows.  This is incorrect as Pella of CNY is a middleman that sells windows to Homeowners and Contractors AND DIRECT BUY. The facts are that the Salesman laugh at the huge Direct Buy sales they make because the discount to Direct Buy is only 25% where the consumer can negotiate up to 35% off select models.  Direct Buy gets less of a discount.  So they really are not saving any money and in fact are paying more through Direct Buy than negotiating.  I know this to be true with allot of the construction goods through Direct Buy.  They really are not a good buy at all.  And you can always negotiate Cabinets and Furniture at distributors when you buy them.  I feel Direct Buy is a big scam to the consumers.  Thank you.
