I am the executrix of my father's estate. In August I commissioned TW Conroy and Mysisterthelister to auction a large number of items for the estate, as well as, some personal property of my own. They picked up everything on August 23 and 28 of 2007. I have emailed, called (as often as once a day) and sent a certified letter to them requesting an accounting and the monies from the sale of the items. I have yet to receive any remittance from them or any satisfactory response. I have subsequently notifed them as of 1/8/2008 that I am asking my attorneys to pursue legal action. I am also going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. They shouldn't be allowed to continue in this manner. We, the legatees, have not only lost a large amount of money that will probably never be recovered but have also lost many antique items of value that my parents collected over the course of their lifetimes. I sincerely hope that no one else has to experience the pain this has caused to my family.
Sincerely,
Marga B. Musci
