I was informed this morning that the gas prices go up a dime every week. If we conitinue at this rate through July 4th this is what the gas prices look like over Central New York for everyone.
April 29, 2008---$3.70 a gallon
May 6, 2008----$3.80 a gallon
May 13, 2008---$3.90 a gallon
May 20, 2008---$4.00 a gallon
May 26, 2008(Memorial Day) $4.08 to $4.10 a gallon
June 3, 2008---$4.18 to $4.20 a gallon
June 10, 2008---$4.30 a gallon
June 17, 2008---$4.40 a gallon
June 24, 2008---$4.50 a gallon
July 1, 2008---$4.60 a gallon
July 8, 2008---$4.70 a gallon
Now you got to remember if the price of gas continues going up a dime a week through July 8th. I hate to say it folks the economy is seriously hurting. The President and Congress need to do something about this before it is too late. I have never ever seen gas prices this high before. I remember when gas was 2.12 a gallon and I said that we would never see $3 a gallon and we did and now I said that we will never see $4 a gallon and we will see it so now I will never say that we would see $5 a gallon because Im not ruling that out in hopes that we do not see $5 a gallon. I think this is unreasonable and there are alternatives instead of using the car. Take the Bus folks it is only a Dollar to ride it.
