BOOK CLUB FOR ADULTS
Book Club for Adults -Thursday Evenings - June 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, July 17th, 24th, August 7th and 14th
6p.m.
$10 to belong - a one time fee
Join Stephanie, an English major at Colgate University as we read classic
novels that are generally taught in high school. We will focus on helping
parents get reacquainted with books that their children will most likely be
exposed to during high school. The book list includes (but is not limited
to ) novels such as "Crime and Punishment", "Hamlet", "Of Mice and Men", and
"Great Expectations". The club will meet every Thursday evening. We will
welcome any other books that participants wish to share with the group.
This club will also incorporate interactive discussions that will focus on
enabling parents to share in their child's schoolwork. Parents are welcome
to bring their high school children to the book club meeting.To register for the
