The 23rd Annual Ice Cream Social, sponsored by the Friends of the Northern Onondaga Public Library @ Cicero, will be held June 5 from 5-8 p.m. Strawberry and chocolate sundaes will be sold for $1.50 each. To be held in the Community Room of NOPL @ Cicero. Come and support your library!
