A fundraiser to benefit the Center for Celiac Research at the University of Maryland will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2008 from 4pm to 9 pm at Uno's Chicago Grill. This event is being sponsored by the Syracuse Celiac Support Group. The restaurant is located at 3974 State Route 31 Liverpool, NY. Participants may purchase dinner for dine-in or take out and up to 20% of the proceeds will go to the Center for Celiac Research at the University of Maryland.
