Umm in most areas of CNY the only option for High Speed Internet is Time Warner.  If someone else finds something post it here.  In my area Winstream, Cavalier, Verizon FIOS are not available.

I have Windstream. I think I pay $40 a month for like 3MBs. Which I think is a rip off because I am pretty sure for $40 with Time Warner you could get a lot more. But I live near railroad tracks in the country, sooo cable isn't an option here.

I woukd keep an eye out for Verizon FIOS to be available. They are constantly upgrading and expanding thier service area. I opted for FIOS last year and couldn't be happier. Just waiting for TV over thier fiber! Consumer reports says best yet!
